 MiniMotors APM motors are a basic solution to reduce dust accumulation, where hot water wash down is used (without aggressive detergents).  Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated IC410 (TENV), hygienic smooth surfaces: no ribs, no fins.

Minimotor  SPM motors smooth surfaces and stainless steel are the ideal solutions where the hygienic requirements are strict, like in the  Food and Beverage Industry, in order to avoid bacterial contamination. The IP69K rating provides ultimate protection against high pressure (100 bar) hot water (80°C) sprays. Meat&poultry, dairy, seafood equipment are very demanding in terms of corrosion resistance: our motors can face  these challenges.

 Stepper motors with protection class IP65 (except shaft output) are designed for harsh operating environments and have high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). They are optionally available with integrated encoder or integrated safety brake. Pre-assembled cables permit quick and error-free wiring and commissioning.

Nanotec offers integrated stepper motors in three sizes and with a holding torque of up to 9.3 Nm. Due to their high torque at low speeds, closed-loop stepper motors are especially well-suited for direct drives.

 In internal rotor BLDC motors, the rotor with the permanent magnets rotates on a shaft inside a stationary stator with coils. Their benefits lie in their lower rotor inertia and their better dissipation of heat losses. They are particularly suitable for high speeds.

 External rotor BLDC motors are shorter than internal rotor motors and offer a cost-effective solution particularly for large series. In these motors the permanent magnets are mounted on the rotor housing which rotates around the internal stator with the windings. Thanks to the higher inertia of the rotor, external rotor motors have a lower torque ripple than internal rotor motors.

 In slotless BLDC motors, the stator consists of ring-shaped plates with a flat winding on the inside. The inductance of these motors is very low, but the current in the windings rises very rapidly. They offer high power density combined with compact size

Nanotec offers BLDC motors with protection class IP65 in four sizes. All motor series are equipped with a magnetic incremental encoder which is insensitive to rugged industrial environments and requires no additional Hall sensors.

BLDC IP65 Smart

 

Nanotec offers integrated BLDC motors in three different sizes and with a rated power of 105 – 534 W. Due to their excellent dynamic performance, these smart brushless DC servos are ideally suited for applications with fast acceleration, such as in medical engineering, automation, robotics or in special machine construction.

DBS Integrated Servo

 

24/48V Brushless servomotors with integrated drive. Power from 1/6 to 1/3 HP

MOTOR: Brushless 4-pole three-phase sinusoidal motor, totally enclosed. Rotor with NdFeB magnets. Thermal cutoff. Winding Class F. Thermal cutoff. Protection IP65 in compliance with IEC/EN 60529 standards. Bearings with reduced backlash and special grease for high temperatures.

Rated torque up to 0.75 Nm.

DRIVE: Power 24 and/or 48 Vdc • Magnetic absolute encoder SSI (12bit single-turn / 16bit multi-turn) with internal buffer battery• 5 PNP digital inputs and 1 analogue input -10 +10V ext. (0-5 or 4-20mA optional) • 1 relay output (NC-NO) • USB port for parameterization • Torque, speed, position and homing control.

All the models are implemented with the new “open” platform, which permits configuration with the following primary protocols: CanOpen, EtherCAT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet, and POWERLINK.
